JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide professional services using ServiceNow; using MS Teams and Jabber as the primary communication tool
Advanced IT Technical Support and providing L2.5 level technical supportservices
Provide customers with professional technical support, including SAP, Oracle, KingDee Application, Warehouse Management System (WMS), production planning, supply chain, retail system, etc.
Provide customers with professional technical support including network configuration, virtual machine maintenance, cloud support, and security consultants.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline;
2-3 years of experience at one of below systems support:- Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP, Oracle, KingDee Application, Database Management, Forecasting, Supply Chain System and Retail Industry System
2-3 years of experience in network configuration, cloud support, and basic security knowledge;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Requires shifting schedule
