LEASING STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process lease reservations efficiently and accurately.
Receive, process, and track work orders for all tenant service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Handle tenant complaints by receiving, documenting, and coordinating appropriate actions.
Effectively communicate and coordinate inquiries and complaints with the relevant teams.
Schedule and coordinate unit repairs and maintenance for tenants.
Prepare and distribute notices to tenants, covering various issues and general information.
Provide assistance and support during tenant move-in and move-out processes.
Perform any other tasks related to leasing and tenant management as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
Graduation in Hospitality Management or a relevant Business-related field.
At least 6 mos. of experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry.
Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with tenants.
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and maintain resilience.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications.
Meticulous attention to detail in handling leasing procedures and documentation.
Possess a cheerful and friendly personality, promoting positive tenant relations.
Openness to advice and eagerness to learn, embracing professional development opportunities.
