Qualifications
Graduate of Business related course preferably accounting or finance
With accounting related work experience is an advantage
Excellent in communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft/Google Word and Excel
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Providing accounting and clerical assistance
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and record
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to admin
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
