Job Description Summary responsible for all aspects of Lease Administration (Abstraction and Quality Review) and to work as part of or managing a team ensuring efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing and reporting requirements

Responsibilities:
Performs audits of 3rd party abstracts on a per day basis, with a daily requirement of at least 3 audits/day.
Ensures all abstraction and quality review assignments are properly tracked and completed on or before due date to guarantee KPI requirements are met.
Delivers on a daily or weekly basis (or when necessary) all completed abstracts and audits as per client specifications.
Delivers on a weekly basis (or when necessary) all summaries of errors found in the completed audits.
Performs error reviews on a per account basis and provides feedback on items needing review.
Maintains an accurate and comprehensive database of lease information and updates such database if needed.
Escalates any issues in abstraction and quality review procedures and populate escalation reports (if any).
Performs other ad hoc functions that may be assigned from time to time including support to other accounts when needed, as with special projects and client requests.
Participates in regular meetings with Manager and colleagues to discuss any issues, concerns, and challenges relating to abstraction and quality review.
