Avid's Learning Partner program enables colleges, universities, and professional training organizations to train and certify students and professionals on Avid's industry-standard tools for music and audio production, as well as TV, film and video. We are at an exciting pivot point in the business and growing quickly, so we are looking for a Learning Partner Account Assistant to join our team.
The Learning Partner Account Assistant works with a team of program staff to ensure the success of Avid Learning Partners throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. The Account Assistant provides administrative and clerical support such as answering requests for information and support, market research, and maintaining records in Avid's data management systems.
The Account Assistant works directly with customers and educators from across the region. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills are a must. Fluent in English is required however also fluent in either French or Spanish would be an advantage. This internship role is heavily focused on marketing and so top candidates are also highly skilled in marketing, well organized, customer service driven, and able to work under tight deadlines and take ownership of multiple assignments simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Handling Avid Learning Partner enquiries from Avid Learning Partner customers.
Providing administrative support when needed including database management, lead capture and information mail outs.
Co-ordinate and manage projects including maintaining the ALP Partner database and administering new ALP Partner sign ups.
Collation of data for ALP business purposes across EMEA.
Liaise with the Learning Services Operations team for related ALP Support.
Work with the Avid Marketing team to generate content for Avid social media.
Working hours for this position are 9am - 5pm GMT.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Media Technology, and 3 years or more professional experience
Self-Motivated with excellent business communication skills
Team player, comfortable proactively engaging colleagues in other departments to build relationships while working remotely, and eager to learn and integrate into Avid's energetic culture.
Detail-oriented, great at following through with an obsession with delighting customers through outstanding service.
Foundational understanding of business and data analysis, comfortable generating reports for the intended purpose.
Strong marketing skills, including generating marketing content with brand-accurate voice, creating campaigns, and tracking analytics.
Must have reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting daily video conferencing and large file transfers.
Multi-lingual preferred or fluent in English and either Spanish, French or Italian would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and practical experience of both PC and Mac computers. Experience with Salesforce would also be ideal.
Strong knowledge of Avid products or Avid Certification would be an advantage.
