Job Summary:
The Learning Management System Senior Specialist is responsible for the strategic administration of the Learning Management System within the organization,
Setting up the Learning and Management System's processes and procedures as well as;
Training management and analytics.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Management, etc. or equivalent experience.
At least three years prior experience working with learning management systems, training management and administration, or meeting planning and management.
Working knowledge on adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning content development is an advantage.
Proficient in MSOffice as well as familiar with database management systems.
Strong organizational & project management skills, able to prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines.
Proven experience in writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Self-starter; able to prioritize and work cooperatively and independently with limited supervision
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Education and Training Marketing / Advertising / Sales 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
