Job Summary:
The Lead Technical Product Specialist will provide service and commissioning of equipment for Gas Analysis within the cement industry by both remote support and on-site attendance. Customers are global and travelling to and from site is required. Part of the job is the sales work that comes with the frequent dialogue with customers identifying needs based on feedback. Lead generation as well as follow-up on potential Plant Line Agreements (PLA) in collaboration with sales offices.
Tasks within the role of Lead Technical Product Specialist include:
· Customer support by phone and online for gas analysis equipment
· Service attendance on site including repair and service of gas analysis equipment
· Commissioning of gas analysis equipment
· Customer dialogue
· Internal service support
· Sales work mostly in SEA, ME and India
· Manager sparring and technical assistance
· PLA proposals
· Spare part quotations
· Service quotations
· Own travel arrangements and coordination
· FAT gas analysis equipment production in Arakkonam
· Engineering and documentation of systems produced in Arakkonam
Responsibilities:
The Lead Technical Product Specialist will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of service and commission in line with contractual obligations and in accordance with customer expectations,

ensuring high customer satisfaction. This includes controlling customer expectations in accordance with the activities, actively pursuing commercial potential generated by executed orders, and reporting observed client needs to contribute to sales.
Additional areas of responsibility:
· Ensuring on-time delivered time sheets and reporting for timely invoicing.
· Direct customer contact and reporting to the department manager
The Lead Technical Product Specialist will contribute to the continuous development of service concepts and products. The role will also help to retain clients by consistently meeting their expectations and ensuring a positive commercial outcome across the department basis, and to build internal cooperation and mutual respect between all parts of the company.
