We're growing our APAC Energy & Power Renewable Generation team in the Philippines. We're looking for an experienced Lead Renewable Energy Engineer who is motivated to support this growing market whilst managing the team in the technical capabilities of renewable energy projects including Owner's Engineer and Lender's Technical Advisor. If you have previous experience in technical advisory, project development or EPC work in the power and/or renewable energy market, then we want to hear from you!
Jacobs Renewable Generation team is a diverse group of professionals that support projects in Solar, on and offshore Wind, BESS and pumped Hydro storage technologies for projects across the APAC region. We focus on clients that seek out services for renewable assets and are currently looking for someone with considerable professional experience in renewable energy consulting. Ideally, you'll have exposure to working with a variety of renewable energy systems in a designing and/or consultancy environment, with a passion for client-facing work and team management and development to enable succession planning. Develop technical renewable energy advisory services for key clients in the region.
Undertake conceptual design and specification for Solar, Wind, BESS and other renewable energy plants.
Prepare feasibility studies, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Be involved in construction-phase site inspections and perform quality reporting and progress reviews for operational sites.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through successful project delivery and industry networking.
Contribute to business growth through bid preparation, networking, and business development.
Responsible for the management and success of a local team of qualified engineers.
