Conduct Site Inspection with request from Project Technical Group
Organize and conduct weekly inspection for FU Report
Organize regular trainings to Technical Groups
Review and recommend construction systems, processes and procedures as the need arises
Assess contractor's appraisal report
Conduct/witness material testing on on-going housing, land development and amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification e.g. CHS, Concrete, Rebars, etc.
Conducts random inspection/verification of 100% Billing
Manage construction projects which are critical and are in need of special attention
