Responsibilities:
Answering incoming sales and service enquiries (Daily activity - low volume)
Service Calls - Currently, service requests are either logged directly with the supplier either on-line or via the National Support 1300 number. Over time, as we will be triaging the inbound service requests, these enquires will come for us to manage
Sales Enquires - Generally, existing customers will call me directly on mobile, going forward, as it is the intention to engage new businesses opportunities, in-bound sales enquires will increase over time and will have them directed to our 1300 number with an IVR menu to direct the call to sales or service.
Excel Data Entry (1 x Day per month)
Our customer billing run takes place on or around the 20th of each month. Whilst the physical invoices get raised and sent by a 3rd party, we need to formulate usage data and submit the usage by the 20th of each month. This requires a small amount of data entry and calling some customers for manual meter readings. The data entry process includes extracting data from supplier invoices and entering the data into the spread sheet.
Lead Generation (Main role)
This will involve outbound telemarketing from various sources, ranging from cold calling from customer lists, PR calls to existing customers and targeted to various vertical markets.
Apart from setting appointments, there is the expectation that information added to pipedrive be as accurate as possible and future activities added into a call cycle.
Outbound telemarking calls, would like to get an understanding from the candidate regarding the use of Linked In Navigator or other methods.
Requirements
at least 2-3 years' experience in generating leads and outbound calling
experience in appointment setting is required
excellent communication skills
handling international clients especially US/AU is a plus
Expert in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other methods
willing to work onsite (Location: Mandaluyong)
