This role will be responsible for leading the growth of sales and developing new opportunities across Australia. The lead gen will work with the Sales Managers & Sales Teams to maximize all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities, and achieve sales targets. A strong focus will be on developing and managing relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Planning:
Direct contact with target clients and projects promoting company core products and services
Deliver frameworks for the creation of business development plans
Create and manage an annual business development and customer target plan
Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales
Identify and develop business opportunities with identified key target agents
Maintain up to date with all industry trends, issues, and news
Identify industry trade and consumer events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings/seminars
Participating in the development of sales and marketing plan.
Providing feedback in relation to market activity across all defined market segments.
Providing market intelligence feedback across pricing and product range to ensure revenue is generated.
Participating in regular sales meetings providing market feedback.
Working with the sales team to develop success strategies.
Customer relationship management:
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers
Liaising with clients to obtain relevant technical and project details to ensure we are providing a value solution to our customers.
Responding to client requests in a timely manner
Gaining feedback sales performance by using the customer feedback form for all projects
Always provide strong company representation
Updating the (CRM) customer database with new customer details presented by the sales reps
Work Schedule: 7am-4pm | Monday to Friday
