Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.Job Title: Lead Associate - Voice & Accent TrainingLocation: Metro ManilaWork Mode: Onsite, Shifting scheduleRESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct voice and accent training sessions to improve agents' spoken English, pronunciation, tone, and clarity.
Provide regular one-on-one and group coaching to ensure agents can effectively communicate with international clients.
Monitor and evaluate live or recorded calls, providing constructive feedback to agents.
Conduct role-playing and mock calls to simulate real customer interactions for practice.
Identify areas for improvement and customize training programs to meet individual and team needs.
Collaborate with other training teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company training goals.
Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers
Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.REQUIRED:Amenable to Work Onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
Must be at least College Level
Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience
Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer or in a similar role in a BPO industry.
Experience with training tools and methods to assess and improve communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
