This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects. The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Filipino-Chinese
Proficiency in land development and management
Knowledge in environmental regulations and construction codes
Project management skills and experience
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field
Familiarity with GIS and other mapping software is a plus.
5+ years of experience in land development and management
With solid experience in estate corporation, real estate industry
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment while continuing to provide highly responsive and diligent service/output
English can be used as the working language but can speak and write with Mandarin or fookien
High level of integrity and strong work ethic
