Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically You Will...
Handle various compliance programs, including third party due diligence review, Sarbanes Oxley, conflict of interest, and gifts & entertainment.
Review documentation for customer accounts, evaluate high-risk accounts, and analyze customer processes and policies.
Participate in meetings with the customer from time to time.
Support periodic and specific reporting requirements.
Experience
3-6 years experience in KYC, due diligence, surveillance, market abuse or compliance
Experienced in supporting various compliance programs
Experienced in managing data and metrics reporting
Skills for Success
Possesses Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheet knowledge. Should be understand Excel pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting.
Knowledge of FCPA, UK bribery Act, or SEC compliance policies would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
