Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
Open to Highschool graduates
With customer service and travel account experience
Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and resolve cancelled and requested bookings
Assist clients to alternate accommodation for cancelled bookings
Promote company services
Coordinate with Supervisors and IT Department for solving system errors
Maintain company system to ensure to provide excellent customer service
