Requirements:
With experience in Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Order processing,
With knowledge in using SAP system
Proficient in MS EXCEL
Knowledgeable in Order Management process
With CS background or experience
Must be Bachelor's degree graduate
Proficient in Korean and English language
Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders submitted through ecommerce channels
Provide invoice to clients upon products prices
Maintaining records and orders updated and collect Logistics feedback
Monitor purchase orders status, quotations, shipping dates, and billings
Make sure that all the order process complies with the company procedures
Lead Customer Care Department and provide coaching to provide excellent quality service
