Requirements:
Korean National proficient in English
Presently based in Philippines
Graduate of Health Science or Medical courses
With 1 to 2 years healthcare related work experience
With knowledge with Life cycle safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management) is an advantage
Can start working asap
With contact center work experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Process safety data and information from various sources
Distribute reports accordingly to internal and external partners
Perform data entry and coding for medical technology
Track data and conduct quality control
Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails
