Requirements:
Native Korean fluent in English
At least 2 years in College
Customer Service experience is a plus
Willing to work in Makati City
35 years old and below
Responsibilities:
Handling customers' inquiries through chat, calls, and email
Resolve customers concerns in a timely manner
Providing reports to Supervisor or Head regarding customer's needs and feedback
Record data entries on the system
Build a sustainable relationship with the customers
Other tasks may be given by the Supervisor or Head of the Department
