Korean National living in the Philippines
Proficient in English
College Level or Bachelor's Degree Holder
With 1 year Customer Service experience
Geographical knowledge
Must be willing to work in Taguig City (ONSITE)
Responsibilities:
Provide premium and high quality service to automobile customers
Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and inquiries for automotive account
Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
Customers must be provided with prompt action and quality assistance
