We're looking for dedicated Key Accounts Specialist for CAVITE to join us.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Establish and maintain good business relationship with accounts to achieve basic deliverables in terms of volume, distribution of relevant SKU per channel, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
Manage territory business performance: achievement of targets, daily fieldwork routine and call procedures. Coordinate with Regional KAM in managing account activities and processes
Responsible in effective maintenance of stores through quality coverage and inventory management
Ensure proper execution of trade promos, pricing. Merchandising campaigns and new product introduction
Provide key stake holders relevant trade insights in their assigned territory, trade information's, activities pertaining to competitors and company as well including consumer feedbacks
Supervises and manage the operation of TPA or merchandising people in ensuring 100% quality trade execution, coverage to stores and concerns are being address in the store level

YOU ARE:
College Graduate of any related courses
Must have 1 to 3 years relevant experience in handling Key Accounts / Territory (FMCG or non-food category)
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Results oriented with high level of competence
Strong interpersonal skills and people management
Computer Literate; very adept in using MS Office application
With good communication skills - oral and written
