Handle client accounts, updating reports, and monitoring solution strategies
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings
Manage a variety of existing key accounts within the company's product range
Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction
Provide regular information to assist management with decision making, including competitor profiles and market analysis
Make a major contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies
Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products
Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value and strategic motivators
Establish solid working relationships with key players in target markets, aimed at developing and growing long-term contract business and building company brand awareness
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
Must have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
