Achieve revenue and collection target through effective key account management, account development plans and execution of sales and marketing programs.
SALES ACHIEVEMENT
• Ensures achievement of sales objectives through development and management of modern trade key accounts such as appliance and department stores.
• Perform effective sales management/basic call procedure to new and existing clients.
• Plan, develop, formulate and implement key account sales strategies and development plan based on management set objectives and targets.
TRADE MARKETING
• Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, competitor's activities and merchandising techniques.
• Provide management with activity and progress reports, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and strategies and potential for new products and services.
MERCHANDISING
• Ensure items are displayed with branded signage's based on display standards.
• Inform clients of the latest new product offerings and delisted products.
COLLECTION
• Monitor and ensure collection of accounts based on terms and due date.
• Perform countering and collection based on set schedule.
AFTER SALES
• Ensure presence of accredited service center in the area.
• Identify, recommend new service center based on set schedule.
Perform other functions as assigned by Department Head.
Job Qualifications:
• College graduate of Business, Engineering or relate courses
• At least two (2) years sales experience in a distribution company handling modern trade accounts such as major appliance and department stores with multiple branches on a national and regional scale
• With relevant experience in the consumer durables/ electronics category
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Required Competencies:
• Knowledgeable in basic sales procedure, methods and techniques
• Knowledgeable if sales/business development principles and procedures
• Understands trade marketing principles and KAM
• Above average communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Physically fit and willing to travel nationwide
