Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Accounts Specialist to focus on Modern Trade channels in Davao City. This role will involve managing relationships with major retail chains and supermarkets, optimizing account performance, and driving sales growth within the modern trade sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, including large retail chains and supermarkets.
Act as the primary contact for modern trade clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and market share within modern trade accounts.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth, including promotions, product placements, and in-store activities.
Client Support and Service:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to modern trade accounts, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams as needed.
Resolve any issues or disputes promptly to maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the modern trade sector to inform strategic planning.
Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and promotional strategies.
Reporting and Administration:
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and contract details.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales within the modern trade sector, preferably with large retail chains or supermarkets.
Skills:
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
