Key Account Managers will be responsible in creating ang maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager will help the company in developing new business from existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for potential clients.
Job Description
Developing strong relationships with customers
connecting with key business executives, stakholders and preparing sales reports
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer exprience.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opporunities within territory
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with a Telco company is an advantage.
