Job Description
The Key Account Executive is an individual contributor role in regional structure with direct reporting line towards Enterprise Team Leader.
The main goal for this role is to identify business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective key clients and to sell the Infobip's product/service offering to its High-touch clients (Top 2 segments in the region) in the designated area and to proactively recommend solutions to our clients.
In addition to the actual sales activities, Key Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives so it is expected of him/her to share his knowledge with the rest of the team members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to prospective and existing customers base, in designated geographical territory (mainly Top 2 segments in region),
Own for new and existing client relationship end-to-end
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. expanding touch points and footprint in key accounts.
Work closely with the CSM to develop proper account planning and customer journey mapping, to increase the value of our offering and grow each partnership/account.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted partner to your clients maintain account health
Coordinate with service delivery teams for deployment and ongoing delivery of our cutting-edge product suite
As a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
How we measure success for the role:
Achievement of numeric sales quotas (% of accomplishment in the set quarterly/annual numeric KPIs; CRM data)
Approaching target customers (# of related products promoted to every target customer; % target customer identified who need related products; # of converted target leads into opportunities in a quarter; identified # of target customers in a country)
Generation of new opportunities and business development (Generation of inflow of (EUR) in pipeline, % of correct vs. errors in sales forecasts)
Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate update (clean CRM data)
Building relationships and networks (effective collaboration with customers/partners/internal departments, ROI on corporate conferences and events (regionally important events), main stakeholders satisfaction survey; Direct mail response rate; # sales meetings per year; providing help and support during events organization; number of targeted clients who participated on the event; timely follow-ups (meeting minutes) in CRM; # of NPS after the meetings/events)
Professional internal and external communication (Customer satisfaction survey, internal department survey, peer reviews, top-down evaluation)
Mentorship of the team members (positive feedback through Buddy questionnaire)
Knowledge development and sharing (Number of successful trainings on the sales related topics organized, Quality of the document, quality of communication - knowledge portfolio, success of knowledge sharing through tests, peer reviews; degree by which knowledge management is uniformly practiced across the organization/team)

Qualifications
Main Requirments:
10 years applicable experience including 8 years of sales experience.
Successful sales track record.
Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.
Interaction with C level players.
Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
Travel may be needed.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
