You will help us make sure that our key customers are consistently satisfied with our service quality.
The Job
The right candidate for this job will need to combine technical skills with excellent customer care.
You will be expected to:
Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients;
Communicate efficiently with frontline inspector and oversee inspection report content;
Manage specific activities to drive key clients' KPI;
Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account;
Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas;
We may also ask you to:
Work closely with a team based in China;
Support key client report validation;
Monitor key client operations processes.
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, logistics or a related business discipline (fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in English and a strong ambition to learn may also be considered);
Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome but not mandatory);
Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
Ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented;
Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
