Project Assistance
Plans and Schedules project timelines and milestones using Gantt charts and other appropriate tools.
Assists in project development from beginning to end.
Assists in planning and monitoring critical milestones
Assists in reviewing project designs and contribute ideas - conduct scheduled formal review process.
Coordinates with clients, users and other personnel regarding the status, timeline, schedule, and deliverables of the projects.
Establish professional relations with users and clients to ensure product satisfaction.
Helps in determining project priorities and/or tasks priorities.
Project Monitoring
Ensure projects are properly closed out working with Sqreem SDLC.
Tracks project milestones and deliverables.
Monitors project schedules and imposes that the timeline is followed.
Ensure baseline project documents are produced, maintained, and available to all parties concerned and effectively used.
Identify important potential risks related to project.
Manage process of scope definition and change control of the project.
Creates cost analysis for the projects.
Report financial, resources, technical issues, user's satisfaction status of assigned projects to management.
Overtime monitoring.
Vacation Leave/Sick Leave monitoring.
Reporting
Conduct project postmortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Monitor daily the Gantt charts and coordinate with all project resources their daily task.
Provides daily and monthly report of project status and developer performance.
Provides other reports concerning project development and department concerns.
Administrative
Acts as team representative for HR requirements.
Keeps track of appraisal calendar.
Performs administrative tasks for the Development personnel.
Petty cash liquidation
