As a Junior Multimedia Designer in our agency collective, you are here to create, learn about and share beautiful design work across brand experience and PR. You will play a key supporting role in the content agency for multiple clients, working within all aspects of the business - with a particular focus on the creative, content and marketing teams. Your aim is to design the weird, the wonderful, the award winning and the extraordinary.
▶︎ Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you are responsible for producing quality design work for both the agency and your clients.
▶︎ Work in concert with the Creative, Content Studio and Marketing teams to turn concepts into bold, colorful reality.
▶︎ Support the creative vision and direction of Senior Designers, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director and senior level staff.
▶︎ Build out and execute design concepts in many forms:
Screen and social (mostly 2D but 3D and motion if you know it!)
Print (on paper and for environments)
Presentations: Present your work with confidence and the ability to help your audience understand how and why it works
▶︎ Improve your conceptual skills through client projects and by receiving mentorship
▶︎ Be a sponge, learn as much as possible and apply it in new and interesting ways
▶︎ Be an inspiration, keep an eye on new channels, design trends and innovation and share them with the team
▶︎ Share your thinking, give and receive feedback in an inclusive, collaborative, and open creative environment
▶︎ Be a strong voice for design, relevance to audience needs and importance of the discipline both within the agency and externally
▶︎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Fine Art Design or related discipline.
▶︎ Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and AfterEffects.
▶︎ Proven graphic designing knowledge.
▶︎ Creative in terms of visualization and conceptualization.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Media and Creatives Marketing / Advertising / Sales 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate

We place and buy online and offline media. We have an editorial team that manages an online publication.
