The employee's full-time employment is as Junior Finance & Admin Associate, reporting to the Finance Manager. A more specific description of the employee's duties and responsibilities is outlined hereafter:
Performs end-to-end accounts receivables processes such as collection, liquidations, etc.
Prepares and finalizes all government filings (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, among others) ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports
Provides support to the Finance & Admin team as needed
Be a model of out three core values: Excellence, Integrity, and Malasakit
Good grasp of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Good grasp of basic accounting and accounting software
Experience with administrative operations
Good team player
Thorough and detail-oriented, operating with utmost integrity
