The Jr Email Content Specialist supports the pre-production, production, setup, testing and execution of newsletter copies, articles, and email campaigns.
Newsletter formatting and/or dispatching
Creates banners and thumbnails for the newsletter copies
Ensures that newsletters are formatted on time
Facilitates proofing and QA of newsletters to ensure flawless execution.
Makes sure there are no 404 error on the newsletter and article copies
Fixes newsletter errors if needed
Makes sure that newsletter campaigns have the correct content
Makes sure newsletter coupons are working properly
Optimizes and formats articles and executes content edits requested by onshore or Manila writers
Selects, creates and ensures images are optimized before publishing articles
Posts articles and slideshows in HTML format on Mercola websites
Tests NACU and makes sure there are no errors with the files generated by the interface whenever there's an update to the application
Monitors newsletter dispatch
Monitors Neolane spam and failed workflow alerts
Bachelor's Degree in Design, IT, or Communications
At least one (1) year professional experience in internet marketing, web production, IT, or communication equivalent
With average knowledge in HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop
Good knowledge of web best practices, usability and design
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety contacts and clients
Experience working with a virtual team is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, flexible and multitasker
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
