Job Responsibilities:
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Daily Accounts Payable processing.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders to project leads
• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes and various payment methods.
• Generate reports related to bank reconciliation, AP status and payments.
• Data entry related to accounts receivable, check deposits, bank fees, interest, fund transfers, etc.
• Intercompany reconciliation and settlement
Job Qualifications:
• Accounting degree qualified (CPA or Non-CPA)
• Has at least 1 year of work experience in bank reconciliation and accounts payable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take lead in understanding and meeting client's business.
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
Work Schedule:
11:00pm to 8:00am
