Requirements
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting.
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Required skill(s): bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
Monitor Cash Advance balance of employee
Receive returned cash of unsused cash advances
Update employee of their unliquidated Cash Advances
Summarize monthly liquidation report to be submitted to PWC
Send copy of deposit slips of check payments to requestor/in-charge for their reference
Prepare weekly payment vouchers while ensuring accuracy and timely output
Summarize monthly payment vouchers to be submitted to PWC
Coordinate with PWC for monthly reports and answer any queries related to the report submitted
Handle accounting requirements of shareholder's transactions [3 to 4 transcations /mo.]
Handle petty cash fund
Process replenishment for petty cash fund
Assist in monitoring complete submission of sales invoices and official receipts of suppliers
Assist in year-end Audit activities
Any other relevant accounting tasks that may arise from time to timeIn order to further filter the applicants, here are the minimum requirements I'm looking for:
BS Accountancy Graduate
Atleast 1 year hands-on experience with the Accounting Process/or atleast bookkeeping
CPA not required but is a plus
Additional Requirements
-Staff need: 1 HC
-Must be CPA
-if not CPA at least have 3- 5 years of experience
-Will focus on general accounting, but the main task is on the Payables side
- Preferably Female but also open for male applicants
- Work Schedule : 8am - 5pm (flexible 1 hour)
- Office Attire: Casual Attire (office attire)
- Salary: Jr. Accountant
- 25k-40k depending on the qualifications
- Contract duration: 6 months probationary (may lead to absorption)
