Assist in the month end closing activities
Billing of vendor invoices in the system
Processing of vendor payments on time
Invoice issuance
Follow up the overdue accounts
Preparation of journal entries
Assist in preparation of detailed audit schedules
General administrative duties such filing of finance documents and mailing of invoices and cheque payments.
Other finance related job
Any other ad-hoc reports as required.
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is not required but a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good analytical skills
Candidate must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
