What it's about
We are looking for a highly motivated hire in our Manila office to be a part of Global Total Rwards and Compensation team who will support in the tracking and managing of long-term incentives of global employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Entry share administration
Monthly allocation of entry shares to new joiners, including
o preparation and dispatch of entry share agreement
o Opening a personal stock brokerage account on behalf of employees and transfer of the allocated shares
transfer of newly allocated shares to the Credit Suisse account of employees
transfer of shares after restriction period
Inform local payroll on vesting information on a monthly basis to reflect in payroll
Handling the entry shares for employees leaving the company, including transfer, correspondence
Booking forfeitures of entry shares
Share and Option administration
Monthly booking of forfeitures on shares and options
Monthly booking in Abacus of share and options transactions received by Credit Suisse
Monthly creation of SIX Report
Monthly reconciliation with Finance on custody account 75-7 and 75-9
Monthly Calculation of split taxation for mobile employees
Preparation of instruction for local payrolls
Ongoing tracking of tax liabilities and release of blocked proceeds with Credit Suisse
Support vesting event in November
Support booking annual share allocations
MCP administration
Monthly booking of forfeitures on MCP
Issuance and control of non-compete agreements at vesting / or linear vesting
Support booking of Payments
Support in creation of mobile calculations
What we expect
For this position we are looking for a motivated person that can work independently and has a good financial background. Ideally with 2-3 years experience in Accounting. Background on taxation helps, but is not required.
