Assist the Senior Accountant (SA) in the complete Accounting for client assigned to, in doing the following tasks as assigned by the SA:
1) Recording and Posting of Transactions;
2) Preparing Bank Reconciliations;
3) Preparing Accounts Receivable and Payables Reconciliations;
4) Preparing Statement of Accounts;
5) Preparing Trial Balance and Financial Statements;
6) Preparing / Filing of Tax Returns;
7) Preparing / Sending of Management Financial Reports;
8) Replying to Tax, and Accounting and Financial Reporting Queries;
9) Collaborating with Client Finance Personnel;
10) Reporting to Client Management at Meetings;
11) Reporting to the Firm's Management on Status of Client Work;
12) Keeping Up-to-date on Tax, and Financial Reporting and Accounting Developments; Informing Client Assigned to about these as needed.
The Junior Accountant hired will be trained by the SA on the above tasks.
