Junior Account Manager
Location: Taguig City, Philippines
The Junior Account Manager will support NICE CXone initiatives to deliver world-class account sales support. This position will specifically work alongside and support Account Executives, Key Account Managers, Renewal Account Managers and Technical Account Managers regarding license adds, moves, and changes for existing NICE CXone customers. Additionally, this entry level position will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling select products and services into assigned Micro-SMB accounts.
Success in this position will be measured by:
Number of completed activities/addendums.
Attainment % to assigned quota.
As a Junior Account Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:
Review and complete addendum requests for adds, moves, and changes.
Escalate/Troubleshoot addendum creation errors with operations team.
Provide professional and accurate addendum completion and delivery timelines to customer.
Follow up with customers regarding addendums and timelines.
Ensure requests and opportunities do not fall through the cracks
Properly disposition and stage opportunities within CRM tool (i.e., Salesforce).
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned Micro Accounts
Work with Key Account Managers to offload their $0 addendum activity
Attend and be an active participate in team calls.

Demonstrate experience working independently with little to no daily supervision
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer time constraints.
1+ year in years applicable experience in the account management function in customer service, call/contact center and/or service delivery.
