Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Conceptualizing creative and feasible marketing plans (1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year) for implementation
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Collaborating with staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Overseeing products team, especially finance team to ensure that projects are completed within
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Highly proficient with microsoft office - especially excel
Familiar with project management software, Trello
Proficient writer
Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person)
An excellent communicator and collaborator
Bachelor degree from a top University in related field or comparable experience is required.
Able to organize and manage a team
Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment
