The Junior Account Manager will act as the first point of contact with existing customers٫ answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.

Previous customer service experience in the Edutech field will definitely be an advantage.

Experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales/ account management role an advantage
Having strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
Good time-management skills
Working knowledge with Google Suite tools
Having a vast understanding of the principles of sales
High degree of professionalism
Must be willing to travel
Must be able to thrive and grow under a challenging work environment
Must be amenable to start ASAP
