KEY DELIVERABLES:
a. To research for the property documents of secured lots that are needed for mapping
b. To request all supporting property documents requested by the Geodetic Engineers as deem necessary for field surveys or for any other tasks such as DOE mapping from DENR, LRA, RD, etc. (Title, Survey Plan, Lot Data Computation, Lot Description, Cadastral Map, Tax Map, etc.)
c. To encode and plot the technical description from the acquired property documents
d. To assist the Geodetic Engineers in checking the accuracy/correctness of the plot based on the technical description indicated on the property documents
e. To geo-reference and digitize cadastral maps, tax maps, land-use maps and any other kinds of maps needed to accomplish specific mapping tasks
f. To assist the Geodetic Engineers during field surveys
g. To assist the Geodetic Engineers in generating maps/plans
h. To create and manage trackers for the following:
i. Technical Mapping Requests the team receives from different departments/divisions
ii. Surveying Requests the team receives from different departments/divisions
iii. Requests for the property
