Jr Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering information on assigned clients
Support in generating new leads
Assist in creation of proposals, and preparation of bid documents
Close then manage accounts with a maximum 30 license count with no quota yet (Micro to Small Enterprises = MSEs)
Maintenance of existing customers (MSEs)
Reinforcement for renewals with expansions & upgrade
Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team.
Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
Notifying customers of unforeseen complications and facilitating suitable interventions.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.
Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
Providing after-sales support to retain customers
Giving accurate information to customers and ensuring that they are satisfied
Jr Account Manager Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or similar.
Experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
Knowledge in Google Workspace for education products such as Education Fundamentals, Education Standard, Teaching and Learning Update, Education plus, etc. is an advantage
Knowledge in Google for Education products such as Classroom, Meet, Assignments, Chromebook, Google Cloud, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Jamboard, etc. is an advantage
Knowledge in Google Workspace tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more is an advantage
Having strong negotiation and presentation skills
