As a Customer Service Agent, the role involves providing excellent support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Product knowledge is used to guide customers, troubleshoot problems, and process orders with accuracy. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, retain loyalty, and document all interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, collaboration with team members, upselling or cross-selling products, adhering to company policies, and contributing to service improvements by handling customer feedback are essential responsibilities.
 
The ideal candidate should be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with a diploma or certificate), possess excellent communication skills, and have basic web navigation abilities. The role requires a willingness to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours, with immediate availability. No prior work experience is required.
