This remote role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in recruiting and talent sourcing who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client calibration, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, client endorsement, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruit, etc...
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work at an early schedule to accommodate the Australian clients
