Position is for Prod Support and enhancement project where resource will be working on SLA measured tickets as well as development /enhancement of exiting/new functionalities
Resource should have prior hands on working experience in prod support environment and agree to work on prod support project
Resource should be flexible to work in AU hours / weekend /holiday on P1/P2 issues/critical issues as per project need ; he will be eligible for comp off/allowance as per CG policy for such scenario
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing system uptime and availability, ensuring functional and performance SLAs
Review code developed by junior resources
Mentor junior team members
Responsible for establishing and maintaining end-to-end monitoring and alerting on all critical aspects to ensure SLAs and get proactive notifications of possible issues for all systems
Initiate and lead scripting and automation to streamline system updates and upgrades
Work with operations team to resolve trouble tickets, developing and running scripts, and troubleshooting
Manage offshore technical team
