Position: Senior Solution Analyst (I07) / Solutions Analyst (I06) / Senior Solution Developer (I05)
Summary:
The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing Production Support for Mobile Billing and Ordering systems for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He / She will be part of the team that resolves incident tickets, and performs bug fixing as well as enhancements to the current systems.
Job Duties:
He / She will be responsible for ongoing maintenance support of the Mobile Billing and Ordering system with the following scope of duties:
Analyze and resolve incident tickets, batch job failures and mobile problem support
Develop the required application enhancements with complete test cases
Provide ongoing 7 x 24 supporting to monitor the system running smooth
Candidates with more experiences will be considered in senior positions
The Person:
University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science related disciplines
Skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Shell scripting (must)
Skilled in Unix (must)
Skilled in Core Java with XML (optional)
Experienced using WebLogic / Tomcat / Apache (optional)
Willing to work on weekends / holidays / night for the primary support (must)
Able to work under pressure
Effective verbal and written communication in English
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
