Client Info: This is an American Digital Technology company providing IT solutions to fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Position: Japanese IT Infrastructure Specialist
Industry: Digital Technology
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80, 000 - 110, 000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
Japanese language skills (N1, N2 level speaking ONLY)
JLPT Certificate is a Big Advantage but not required
Bachelor's degree in IT or any course
Preferably with at least 2 years IT Helpdesk Support handling Technology account
Experience in Microsoft product such as Windows 10, Office365
Experience in IT Infrastructure process, IT Service management process
Responsibilities:
Provide Voice/Video Conferencing support to clients using remote support tools
Manage Active Directory (AD) of the company
Handle network configuration and troubleshooting
Solve security updates issue for Antivirus software
Monitoring of network infrastructure
