Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Open for JLPT N1, N2, N3 applicants
Bachelor's Degree or At least High School Graduate
Willing to work in Cavite
Understanding of purchasing systems
Experience in Oracle procurement module is a big advantage
Serve as the main point of contact between the Site users, POC, and Site Procurement
Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing Purchase Order from creating, preparation of purchase agreements up to setting-up and releasing of Blankets
Release POs within agreed timeline
Coordinate with requesters and users
Ensure supply, supplier commitments and confirm prices and delivery dates
Manage delivery follow-ups
Update company system and Purchase Order records
Provide PO troubleshooting support to the various cross functional teams
