Position: Japanese Senior Operations Analyst (Clearing & Settlement)
Industry: Bank (Shared Service)
Location: Taguig City
Salary: P70,000 - P100,000
Schedule: Day Shift with weekends off
Benefits: 14th month pay
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with traders regarding this investments
Serves as a point of contact of the Japanese clients regarding their inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
Answer inquiries regarding transactions, trade and settlements
Responsible in ensuring that the trades are settled accurately and in a timely manner
Check if there are discrepancies in the information
Responsible in getting back to traders to correct the discrepancy in the information
Provides quality service to the company's client for them to continuously trade with the company
Will be part of the team that supports different clients such as Hedge funds institutional customers, government agencies, pension funds, and asset managers

Requirements
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
JLPT N1/ N2 (Passer or Level)
With Excellent English Communication Skills
Open for Bachelor's degree holder, undergraduate, associate, or vocational
With Finance, Accounting and Banking experience
Must be technically-capable, intermediate Microsoft Tools Skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
SAP and any accounting apps knowledge is an advantage
