JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is one of the biggest conglomerates manufacturing companies for consumer products. It is already more than 55 years in the Philippines. The company distributes its household products, medical and car care products for almost 200 countries world-wide. Philippine site handles technology, finance, accounting and human resources operations.
Requirements:
・Native Japanese
・Fluent in English
・Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any business related course
・At least 3 years and above Record to Report Experience
・Preferably with more than 2 years team lead experience
・Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft and other software
Responsibilities:
・Manage Team day to day operational activities
・Review team capability to handle deliverables and provide necessary trainings to improve performance
・Drive the team by providing direction, advice or focus
・Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet and account reconciliations
・Attend to technical inquiries and provide resolution to issues encountered by company subsidiaries
・Ensure compliance with Financial Standards and other regulations
・Participate to corporate programs
