Requirements:
JLPT N1-N2 passer
Minimum of 8 years of experience.
Technical background mainly on Cloud, OS, and Network
With programming language knowledge of Java and Python
Application development background (Design, Programming, Testing)
Project and Quality management experience
Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of the project plan, budget and timeline
Acquisition, assignment, and on-going management of project resources
Management of the day-to-day project activities and ensuring all activities are progressing as per plan
Can still do coding & testing as needed
Lead or mentor project members
Lead in the organization's internal operations
Recruitment Process (can be 1-day Hiring):
1. Phone interview with Filipino HR
2. Japanese Language Assessment Test (oral and written)
3. Final Interview with Filipino and Japanese HR
