Responsibilities:
Responsible to monitor infrastructure system alert monitoring, handling and reporting via call and email
Execution of emergency and scheduled job operations (JP1 and Senju)
Domino checking tasks (Domino, Replica, Server Reboot, Mail Back-up, and Access Log)
Processes work requests
Manages Incident ticketing
Maintains quality and endeavors on Continuous Quality Improvements
Maintains Service Level Agreements, operational requirements, and security management
